3. User Eligibility and Responsibilities

You agree to engage with our team respectfully. We reserve the right to terminate any session or service arrangement immediately and without a refund if a client's behaviour is deemed abusive, threatening, or inappropriate.

Limits to Confidentiality: We are legally and ethically obligated to break confidentiality under specific circumstances, including:

5. Bookings, Payments, and Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice. If notice is given within this timeframe, we will offer a full refund or reschedule the session.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice, or failure to attend a scheduled session, will result in the full session fee being forfeited.

If we need to cancel a session, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer a full refund or reschedule at your convenience.
